Automation Workflow
This automation uses a tool called RB2B which tracks the website visitors to your website and then outputs the data to a slack channel.
Automation starts by pulling data whenever a message is sent in a specific slack channel. ( Message Format Above)
Then 4 AI parsing modules individually grab the lead data
Name
Company
Email
Phone Number ( If applicable)
(LinkedIn URL can be added easily)
Then the first email is sent using a Gmail module
After that a 1 day Zapier delay module
2nd email is sent using a Gmail module
3 day Zapier delay module
3rd and final email is sent with Gmail module
Parsed lead data is put into a google sheet and stored
Email is added to MailChimp into a specific audience
After that a 1 week Zapier delay module
Another delay module is used to delay the automation until then next time the clock hits 8am
A text is sent to a salesman as a reminder to contact the lead via phone or email
A google calendar event is also created on that salesman's calendar as a reminder to contact the lead

This automation can be expanded, optimized, and upgraded. However this serves as solid base
The message format is very consistent from RB2B, however if the format changes the automation will have to be tweaked. That will be an easy change
